

Wes Smith
On April 5, 1996, Bentley Wesley Smith was born at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. His early passion was in 2D characters such as SpongeBob Square pants and Spiderman. When Wesley reached middle school he started carrying a sketchbook with him at all times. He progressed into drawing still lifes, landscapes, and portraits. When Wesley reached high school he took many AP art classes and drew illustrations for the school newspaper. In addition, Wesley was selected as the chairperson for the annual teen conference art competition for the Bucks County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated. While in high school he was frequently commissioned to work on graphic logos for small businesses. He participated in the annual Council Rock High School art show. He was recognized by the school for his artistic ability in an awards ceremony. He graduated from Council Rock High School North with honors. One of Wesley's greatest accomplishments was reaching the rank of Eagle Scout by producing an animation project for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey. Bentley Wesley Smith received his bachelor’s degree majoring in animation and minoring in sequential art from Savannah College of Art and Design. His career path now is trying to work for an animation/sequential company. Then eventually having his own TV show or comic.
